Locally Connected has been running since 2017, helping service-based businesses get found online and grow sustainably. Over time the work has evolved from websites and SEO to a broader focus on visibility, positioning, and strategic growth.

What hasn’t changed is the approach. We stay for the long term, deliver as much value as possible, and genuinely care for our clients and helping their business grow. Many clients have been with us for five years or more.

That kind of retention doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because we show up consistently, do what we say, and treat your business with the respect it deserves.

Over the years, we’ve seen a lot: what works, what doesn’t, the dodgy things other providers do, and what the difference looks like between a business that grows steadily and one that stalls. That experience shapes every engagement.

2013–2016
Starting out. Offering SEO, copywriting and content creation for ecommerce stores, blog sites and local businesses. building a reputation for care and consistency.
2017–2022
Growing. Long-term clients across medical, allied health, trades and professional services. Introducing website development as a service.
2023–now
The bigger picture. Clients started asking for more than websites and SEO: help with how they were positioned, how they were growing, and how customers were finding them in an increasingly AI-driven search landscape. Our offering has evolved to match.
